Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Clients: Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties involved to facilitate clear communication throughout the closing process.
- Review Documents: Review title commitments, purchase agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the transaction terms.
- Prepare Closing Documents: Prepare all necessary closing documents, including settlement statements, in-house documents, and other required paperwork, and ensure they are signed by all parties involved.
- Disburse Funds: Ensure proper disbursement of funds as per the closing instructions and legal requirements.
- Title Curative Work: Work with parties to resolve any title issues/Schedule C requirements, and ensure the title is clear for transfer to the new owner.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve any questions or concerns from clients, realtors, lenders, and other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Stay Compliant with Regulations: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to clients by ensuring a smooth and positive closing experience.
- Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
