Join us for the May Masterclass: Surveys & Ad Valorem, presented by the Edwards Education Center. Instructed by Lisa Beville, VP Underwriting Counsel and Director of Education for Texan Title, this dynamic training will help real estate professionals better understand the importance of existing surveys, the T-47 Affidavit, and Texas real property tax laws. Attendees will receive 2 Hours of Continuing Education credit (TREC Course #47160 & #47173) while gaining vital knowledge to protect their transactions.
